One of my favorite vacations with my family was our stay at the Disney Aulani Resort in Oahu. There is so much to do and the resort is very clean, especially the beach. Yes, it is definitely a splurge, but we thought it was worth it. We also rented a car and explorered Honolulu and Waikiki. This was such a fun vacation!

Mont-Tremblant was one our favourite winter holidays, and our most recent one. Sunny days on the slopes, cozy cafés, relaxed dinners, and plenty to do with kids. It’s charming, easy to navigate, and wonderfully family-friendly. I’ve saved the restaurants, hotel, coffee spots, and simple activities that made our winter break feel memorable and fun. This list is super recent, but we will definitely return. And i can't wait!

When people say they want to “visit Los Angeles” I realize most don't quite understand what they want to get out of it, and end up disappointed stuck in traffic trying to go from hiking the Hollywood sign in the morning to Malibu for dinner (don't do this!). There is SO much to see and experience, and LA is it's HUGE. If you're not from here, it's easy to get overwhelmed, because “visiting LA” could mean anywhere between Santa Barbara and Manhattan Beach. Some recommend picking one area and staying to enjoy all the pockets of unique neighborhoods, but if you're new to the area, chances are you want to explore. You can see a lot of it with some planning (which, yes, typically revolves around the traffic). As an LA local, I've put together an itinerary that gives you the best of both worlds, where I've taken my friends and family when they visit. It's a mix of city, nature, local faves and iconic must-sees. Pick and choose from this itinerary, that includes that majestic Channel Islands, Santa Monica, Venice, Hollywood, and Malibu. Local to the beach, I am no frills with my beach going, so you will not find all the extra things. This is just get out of the car and get to sand in one trip.
