Hydration is key and gentle ingredients, nothing harsh. I'd record limited ingredients, no fragrance and something that hydrates

The hydrating one helps keep moisture in which is what you need. It doesn't strip and holds moisture in. Very gentle. My daughters doctor even recommended it for a hair treatment, to soothe dry skin

Depending on severity, sometimes I won't wash my face and I will spot treat with a gentle cleanser like this. Or double wash if you did something hefty or have make up on

If make up or sunscreen aren't coming off with gentle cleansers, I rub oil and then wash. Coconut oil naturally cleans and calms but too much oil can irritate or trap skin so I wash it off. Others tolerate bc it's a natural antibacterial and anti inf...
Majestic Pure Fractionated Coconut Oil 16oz

Lotion

I would use light moisture unless it's night time, then maybe something thicker but you don't want thick hydration always so your skin can breathe. Limited ingredients, hydrating, and pathenol is amazing 🤩

My absolute go to all day. I actually never used nor liked any lotion on my face bc it would get oily or break me out. This doesn't

I love this stuff. Panthenol can be so amazing and help instantly calm. It's thick and can be a little white so I use at night or mix vanicream and apply. It protects the barrier and you need to protect it

Dr. Robaina Sulfur Shampoo & Body Wash 8oz

Actives

If your skin can handle, you need an active. Active for redness and active for mites. Actives can be harsh but when you can use, it's amazing

This stuff is on the lower cost side which you need because usually it's trial and error with skin issues but I love it. It's thick, so I wash, apply and let sit 5-10 min then do lotion bc you need lotion after an active. It's gentle and azaleaic aci...

When I don't want to touch my face but want it cleaned, I splash with water, spray this and let it dry, then when almost dry I apply lotion. This doesn't hurt raw skin and naturally kills bacteria. It's an active so it can be a little harsh during a ...
