The Atrium Yoga Studio

The mommy and me class here is worth every cent. The atmosphere, the teacher (ash) and the community is amazing, welcoming and so sweet!

I am visiting and found the Atrium Yoga studio close to where I am staying. The studio is lovely. It’s on the second floor and has an elevator for anyone who is in need as well as a very well lit, comfortable Atmosphere.

The class was fantastic! She had great direction and the class was difficult without being inaccessible. It is non-heated, but the way I was sweating you would think it was! They provide mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets free of charge. The neighboring studio was a bit loud at the beginning but it quieted down (or maybe I was just super into the flow). The parking lot was full, which is to be expected at 6pm, but there is plenty of street parking in the neighborhood. They have a new student special right now: $50 for 30 days of unlimited classes. I will be back!

Jen is amazing! Her presentation and chair yoga session for our organizational manager's meeting was top notch. I love her down-to-earth presence and relatability. Plus, she was very prepared with expertly created materials to help us better understand and tweak our own personal narrative. It's her second time presenting for our company and I thoroughly enjoyed both times.

Wonderful, sacred space. Teachers are creative, gentle and yet "encourage" challenge when they can. Great variety of classes and teaching styles. BEST studio in Houston.
