Nothing grossed me out more than grabbing a hand towel that was still wet from the morning. These actually dry between uses, which sounds basic but apparently is a lot to ask.

Redecorated my bathroom twice in one year and got tired of buying new towels each time. These neutrals survived both makeovers without looking out of place.

Solid colors started feeling boring, but I was scared patterns would look busy. These have enough design to be interesting without screaming ‘look at me’ on the towel bar.

Went through a phase where I tried microfiber everything. Some were terrible. These few actually worked and didn't feel like I was drying my hands on a car shammy.

Regular hand towels always felt like they were made for doll hands. Finally found ones big enough to actually dry both hands properly without doing that awkward wipe-on-your-pants move.

Used to replace hand towels every three months because they'd pill, thin out, or lose their color. These survived over a year of weekly washing and still look like I just bought them.

White towels in a house with kids and makeup was a mistake I made exactly once. Darker shades hide the evidence and still look clean on the towel bar.

Buying individual towels that kind of match was stressing me out. Sets solved the problem instantly and usually cost less per towel anyway.

Started keeping a separate stack of ‘nice’ towels for when people visit because my everyday ones looked rough. These are pretty enough to display but still functional.

Got bored of terry cloth and tried waffle weave on a whim. Now half my bathroom is waffle texture because it dries faster, looks cleaner on the bar, and feels different in a good way.

My towels kept sliding off the bar and ending up on the floor. Hanging loops sound like a tiny detail but they solved a problem that annoyed me every single morning.
