When I started playing weekly and joined tournaments, the first racket I bought was a Wilson Blade V9. Really good for beginners. I'm using a different racket now but I think this is a really good racket when you're starting.

To avoid getting that tennis elbow, I nade sure to use a dampener. The first 6 months I wasn't using a dampener I noticed sharp pains in my arms and my coach suggested I get one of these. Makes a difference!!

I'm using this aloe vera cooling spray whenever i train or play under the sun. most tennis courts are outside and usually when you train hard under the sun, i feel like im overheating so I would usually apply a cooling spray.
