I consider myself a health-conscious mama, and I do my best to choose clean, thoughtfully formulated vitamins and medicines for my toddler. Below are the products we've used time and time again that have become staples in our home. The best part? He actually enjoys taking them! While research suggests that most toddlers who eat a balanced diet don't need a daily multivitamin, I also know that toddlers can be unpredictable eaters. Some days mine happily eats fruits, vegetables, and protein, and other days he'd rather survive on crackers and berries. My goal is always to offer a variety of nutritious foods without forcing him to eat. For me, these products help fill in the gaps on those less-than-perfect days and give me a little extra peace of mind.

Bath time is like our bedtime ritual. We need the water to be nice and warm with lots of bubbles and some fun toys and bath bombs! He loves variety with toys and bath bombs but we have our staples from soaps to the warm towels when he gets out. It truly helps keep him regulated and looking forward to our bedtime ritual. My son is 3 and loves to help me start his bath. I love the time we have together at night and love making it special for him.

I struggled with healing, I struggled with sleeping at all, and I was overwhelmed. I made this list as a guide for some stuff that helped me. I started my tretinoin journey about a year ago and have had to learn so much. My skin is pretty dry for starters, so it was a little uncomfortable at times. These are some items that have helped me survive tret and I’m happy to say I’m coming out on the other side now (hopefully). I like to use a gentle and clean cleanser. You really don’t want anything that will irritate your skin, so try to avoid fragrances in your products. I think the disposable face towels are entirely underrated. They are honestly necessary so you aren’t reintroducing bacteria onto your skin. I also like the personal day spray to reinforce this. I use a few different moisturizers depending on the time of day and what issues I am having. Cerave is always a safe bet, but never skip SPF during the day! I like to use some serums for brightening and hydration as well. I am always experimenting with new ones, so these can change sometimes. I use aquaphor on dry patches and sometimes under my makeup if I need it.

Men are honestly so hard to shop for, so here’s my list of stuff that I’ve gotten my bf that he’s loved and uses all the time. I personally think these gifts are super versatile because it’s not hyper specific. He doesn’t have to be obsessed with the gym to love his oura ring. And honestly, I think these gifts can help create healthy habits. Like being aware of sleep debt or having a great water bottle that you love to use. Seriously. These are gifts I’d love to get too.

I feel like these books brought out emotions in me that I wasn’t really sure how to name. Some are devastating, some are confusing, and some are beautiful. They’re not all fiction books which was interesting to me.

As a single mother who works from home, I try to be as efficient as possible. I spend the day walking so I can get my steps in and since I spend so much time working, I want it to be comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. I love my job and the flexibility it gives me. I am big on time saving and efficiency so it’s always fun to get my steps in early.

Aside from the obvious, these are items that help me and my toddler. Some are just for me, some are for both of us. They’re perfectly compact and entirely practical. I’ve repurchased all of these items or will be repurchasing as soon as I run out. My list was curated from trial and error. And a lot of messes and issues that I wish I had prepared for. Experience is a good teacher and I can genuinely say I feel so much more prepared if anything goes wrong. I carry a somewhat small purse or a fanny pack and have no issues with the bulk of the items, so it should work for just about anyone! Even if you don’t have a toddler, the items are beneficial to anyone.

I have always been sort of health conscious. I want clean ingredients, minimally processed and delicious foods. Being a single mother to a toddler is a lot of work! When I don’t have time to prep snacks, I make sure my pantry is stocked with these goodies. My toddler loves them. I love them. Some of them aren’t the healthiest things in the world, but it’s a better alternative to other things. These are pantry foods, so you can stock up and they have some shelf life.

I’m always switching up my routine and looking for new products, but these are truly some of the best ones I’ve found. My skin is dry, I use tretinoin at night. It’s been purging and it’s extremely sensitive with my treatment. These products keep me hydrated, my skin as clear as I can manage (can’t help the tretinoin purge), and has helped heal acne scars. I’d love recommendations if anyone has any, this is just what I’ve tried and loved.

I worked at Starbucks when I was 16 up until I was 18. Two years of making drinks and I still couldn't find a coffee drink that I actually liked. I love refreshers and teas and now that I have a toddler, caffeine is my best friend! I drink energy drinks, but sometimes I need something else to perk me up.The energy drink recommendations are some that I constantly have in my mini-fridge. Flrt is a new favorite of mine. They aren't too sweet, but they aren't oddly bitter like some energy drinks I have tried. Some are cleaner than others, I drink a ton of water throughout the day too!Non-energy drink recommendations are mainly teas/derived from tea or functional sodas. Starbucks refreshers that you can make at home have been a game changer for me. I save money and can make my drink exactly how I like it. Coconut milk, lemonade, water, sparkling water. So many different uses for it. I also love matcha lattes and london fog lattes.

These are some items that I am obsessed with and will always wear to yoga and Pilates class. Versatile, sexy, and snatches you. All of these items are in my closet and if I lost one I’d buy another immediately. I believe they are totally worth the investment. Some are pricey, but the quality is unbeatable. I also feel like despite this being a list for yoga and Pilates, the majority of the items are super cute for lounging. I wear these all the time for many other things and it is seriously a huge confidence boost. I feel comfortable but I know that my outfit looks elevated and put together.

As an avid lippie lover, I have spent YEARS trying to find the best ones. At any given moment i probably have 14 lip products in my purse. Thats not an exaggeration. I love gloss, hydration, and some tint. Here are some of my favorite lip glosses, tinted and clear! I prefer nude colors when I wear a tint but light pinks are also gorgeous.
