This is my closest real brewery and the one I bring out-of-town family to. Big taproom, tons of taps, and it's minutes from the Disney-area resorts if you're staying in Celebration or Kissimmee.
Celebration Brewing Company
Inside the Plant Street Market, so you can grab a High Stepper IPA and let everyone else pick their own food. Great stop after biking the West Orange Trail.
Crooked Can Brewing Company
Right off Orange Ave near Lake Ivanhoe with a big patio and a neighborhood feel. Their lagers are underrated and it's an easy walk from the antique district shops.
Ivanhoe Park Brewing Company
One of the original Orlando craft spots and still certified organic. Old-school warehouse vibe near SoDo, and the tours are a fun way to kill an afternoon.
Orlando Brewing
My go-to before a Magic game or a show downtown. Clean taproom on Virginia Drive, friendly staff, and they always have something crushable on tap.
Ten10 Brewing Company
Music-themed taproom in the Milk District that punches way above its size. If you like hazy IPAs and a laid-back local crowd, this one's worth the drive up I-4.
Broken Strings Taproom
Veteran-owned spot on Corporate Blvd with a huge open taproom and rotating food trucks. Dog friendly and easy parking, which is rare for Orlando breweries.
Tactical Brewing Co.
Worth the drive north for the sheer variety - sours, stouts, seltzers, you name it. Nerdy, fun atmosphere and the kind of place where the bartender will pour you a taster before you commit.
Hourglass Brewing
Family-run and genuinely welcoming, right on the Cross Seminole Trail. Bring the kids and the dog, grab a flight, and let the afternoon disappear.
Red Cypress Brewery
Beer plus a real barbecue kitchen, right in historic downtown Sanford. Make a day of it - the brewery, the antique shops, and the riverwalk are all within a few blocks.
Sanford Brewing Company
Worth the trip up to DeLand, and their beer shows up on taps all over Central Florida. Beach Hippie IPA is the one to order if you only get one.
Persimmon Hollow Brewing Co.
The most tourist-friendly brewery on the list - it's right in the I-Drive corridor, so it's an easy escape if you're staying near the parks and want a real local beer.
Dead Lizard Brewing Company
Unpretentious East Orlando taproom with a great patio and regular events. This is where I end up when I want good beer without a scene.
Bowigens Beer Company
Fun, casual spot with arcade energy and a solid tap list. Easy place to bring a group that can't agree on anything.
